Founding Member Terms
Two years of your chosen plan, paid once — and your rate is protected for up to four years: your two-year term plus one renewal at the same price.
These terms apply to a Founding Member purchase. They are deliberately short. If anything here is unclear, email Operations@gunsmithapp.com before you pay.
Terms
- What you are buying. A two-year subscription to the plan you select, paid in a single payment at the price shown at checkout.
- When your two years start. Your term begins on the day the features of your plan are live in the GunsmithApp mobile app. If any are not yet live when you pay, you are not paying for waiting — the clock starts when you can use them. We will tell you the date it starts.
- Your rate is protected for four years. Your two-year term, plus one two-year renewal at the same price, provided your subscription remains continuously active — four years at the price you paid. We will not raise it during that time. This protection applies specifically to your account and overrides any general right we hold elsewhere to change fees on notice. After the second term, renewal is at the price current at that time.
- If your subscription lapses. Rate protection ends. You are welcome back at whatever the current price is. Nothing else about your listing changes — your claimed shop, your verified badge and your reviews stay yours.
- Renewal. At the end of your two-year term we will contact you before it renews. You may renew once at your protected rate, change plan, or stop. Renewal is never automatic without telling you first.
- What is live today. The features included in each plan are listed on the pricing page and marked as either available now or in development. You are buying the plan as described there on the day you pay. If a feature marked in development has not shipped within twelve months of your term starting, tell us and we will refund the portion of your payment that covers it.
- Refunds. Within 30 days of your term starting, for any reason, in full. After that, clause 6 covers anything we said was coming and did not deliver.
- This document wins. Where these terms differ from the general Terms of Service, these terms apply to your Founding Member purchase.
